My stay was quite unfortunate. The lobby had a terrible smell, and I found the bed unsleepable due to unclean sheets and a messy bathroom. Won't go back.

The recently renovated room I stayed in was quite pleasant, featuring a new and very comfortable bed. The linens were soft and clean, and the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, including tasty cinnamon buns. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, and I appreciated the on-site laundry facilities, which are a great value-add for business travelers.
The ongoing renovations caused significant noise during the day.

The stay was pleasantly surprising with a cozy room that had fluffy pillows and a surprisingly nice swimming pool to relax by. I enjoyed lounging around the poolside, and taking a dip in the calm waters was just what I needed after a long day. The only minor downside was the slightly outdated furniture, but it didn't take away from the overall comfort of my stay. 😊

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Plymouth had its ups and downs. The check-in experience went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my spacious room with a comfortable king bed and a nice coffee area. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with plenty of delicious options. However, there were several issues that need attention. The internet connectivity was frustratingly poor, and the ice machine on my floor was out of order. I found some water stains in the hallway ceiling, which made the area feel less well-maintained. One of the pillows was stained, which really should have been replaced. Overall, I appreciated the staff's efforts, but the hotel really needs some upkeep to stay in better shape.
